We are in the process of restoring this Pilot bicycle from WW1. It has a skiptooth chainring. The customer picked and emerald green finish for the frame, fork, fenders, and chainguard. The handlebars and crank will be a white aluminum finish. Check out the pictures below.
What it looked like when it came to us.
We powder coated the frame a Emerald Green and did the accessories in an white aluminum. Here are pictures through out the process.

PROJECT: THE PUNISHER
This bike we are restoring because it needed alot of love. Unfortunatley we forgot to take an original picture. I was an orange bike with a bunch of decals. It looked liked who ever had it enjoyed it very much. I chose the punisher theme because I liked the movie and it stuck in my head so here is a tribute to it.
We started by sandblasting the frame, fork, stem, cranks. Her is some pictures of the process.....
I powder coated it a bike black. then the decals were cut and put on the bike. I clear coated with a clear coat and the pictures tell the rest.
This used to be a green varsity. Paul picked it up at an auction for his dad Mike. It was a green color originally. Mike had a schwinn Varsity for his first bike in College. He wanted us to resotore it to what he had in college. We sanblasted the frame and powder coated it yellow, put water decals on and clear coated it for durability. More pictures to come as he puts it together.
